Destiny RV Resort / Phoenix West

Was able to stay this summer for a couple months and I must say I was impressed, when we first checked in we were greeted warmly and shown to our spot (The size of the spot was quite generous for our 35’ toy hauler) and we went to get our blood flowing in the fitness center, we can’t say enough great things about these facilities. The pool, the beautiful ripe citrus just waiting to be plucked from the lush trees, pickleball, dog park. THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL! Thanks for the great time Destinty we will be back soon. Great place to spend your holiday. First time here and already planning a return visit. The warm arizona weather and convenient location made it a perfect choice for us. I also liked the security and pool was very nice. There is a great group of year round residents that have fun group activities or you can just kick back and enjoy the place. We are new to RV vacations but very glad to have lucked out and found Destiny Phoenix West for our AZ home base. Very close to the freeway so getting to Sedona for the day was super convenient.

Best and biggest fitness center I’ve ever seen in an RV resort it has everything nice big trees and citrus trees everywhere convenience store in front by the laundry room Friendly staff and I loved it the big pole through space I space and will definitely be back soon

Had a terrific stay at the destiny everyone was super friendly and the activities were enjoyable. They also have a nice little general store on property which was handy. Laundry facilities were nice and clean as were all the areas of the park. We will be back!

Had a wonderful visit at the resort! We enjoyed the pickle ball court and had a great time at the pool which was very upscale. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Outstanding resort! The amenities were really wonderful and the management were very receptive to any needs we had. We stayed for 3 weeks and can’t wait to come back. Destiny is our home away from home

Loved this rv park. Security gated, clean & quiet. Easy access to I-10. Black top w/cement surround & patio for rv. Tbl & grill w/ full service at @site. Plenty to do on site or close to outside entertainment. You’l Not be disappointed-staff & owners are wonderful. We will return. Reasonable

They don't like kids here. Managers are very rude and are only friendly to the 55+ crowd.

Roads inside are paved (some dips but not bad), there are speed bumps on the way in. Gated. Sites are back to back, back in on the perimeter, pull through in the center. Site was gravel/dirt. Ours had a tree which helps with shade. Not quite long enough to fit our 39 trailer & truck. The truck was parked in front perpendicular to the rig. Couldn't put awning out all the way because of the tree. Utilities good. Pay for WiFi which we didn't use. No cable but over air & satellite good. Cell excellent. Clubhouse with activities. Heated pool & spa. I wouldn't call this family friendly not much for kids except the pool. Some permanent residents. People have been coming here for years. They are friendly but not really inviting. We stayed the month of March for baseball spring training. Good location for that. But traffic back on I 10 was bad. Stayed there May and June. Very friendly staff, Emily (GM) was very professional dealing with customers. Will stay here again.
