Great campsite in the desert! Camp hosts are wonderful & everyone was so friendly. Golfed, biked, river time! Perfect spot for a quick getaway.

Trent Cain

Everything was just fine. Suggestion If a spot is rented and no RV is placed there the renter should be able to park vehicles and or boats in it . Thank-you!

Jeff Oliver

This RV Park was a great place to stay especially if you like to golf and boat as it is right next to the golf club house and a block away from the boat launch. Also if you have kids like me there was a park and pool about a football field away. The host was amazing very accommodating. We absolutely enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend at this place.

Rick Giles

Only negative thing is I wish they had a picnic table at the camp site. Very clean and well maintained.

Scott Brown

Our camp host greeted us immediately which was great. We had horrible weather but that was not the RV parks fault. Everything was great as far as amenities, (Water, power etc.) Pick nick tables would be a nice addition. Love being close to golf.

Absoluletly love the location. Golf Course is as good as they come. Unfortunatley, if coming in after hours to your spot, the Power boxes dont always get unlocked, hit and miss. Still love coming here.

Campground Response

Thanks for the review and letting us know about the power boxes. We have created a solution when it's pre-season and the camp host is not on site that should help eliminate this.

Ethan Beck

You have to move spots every 21days. If you have to stay here more than a month it’s a hassle. People are nice. Had a bunch of issues up at the front desk.

Barbara Mock

We just did a fall stay and play and had an awesome time. Shelly the Campground host greeted us upon arrival with a friendly smile. The location is near the ninth hole on a pristine golf course. The campground is spotless. The full hook-ups were well located and there was even a nearby dog park for our pet. We'll be back in the spring!

Campground Response

Thanks for the great review. Glad you enjoyed and stay and will be back to sunny DA!

Chris Nighswonger

It was really a nice experience camping at Desert Aire RV Park. The hosts are really great people. The close proximity to walking paths, pickleball/tennis court, putting green, and driving green all made it really great. It would be nice to have close access to a shower facility (at the bathroom, for example)

Campground Response

Thank you for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay in sunny DA!

Michael brewer

Campground Response

We are very happy you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your time spent here.

Ian Harms

The park was perfect…layout was a little snug for big busses but the landscape and circulation was immaculate…Shelley the hostess was delightful but the best surprise was the WIFI…they have welcomed the 21st century by providing enough broadband to stream with!…brilliant!…and the golf course is fantastic too!

Campground Response

Thank you for taking the time to review...we appreciate your comments and are very happy you enjoyed your stay!

Sean Isaac

Camp host were very pleasant. Clean sites only complaint where we park the boats is crowded overall nice quiet stay

Campground Response

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope the fishing was good for you! I understand your issue with boat parking as we only have parking for extra/tow vehicles. Boat parking was not in the design for the RV park. We have suggested parking boats just north of the clubhouse, but many do not wish to do so since it is not visible to the campers. Perhaps suggest to GCPUD to install moorage near the boat launch in the protected cove?

Cindy Dinsmore

Our stay was delightful! Camp Host Shelley was very sweet and helpful, greeting us when we pulled in. RV spaces are very clean and well maintained. The added bonus of using the pool for $3 was an unexpected surprise! The Stay and Play option was great for us as golfers. All in all, we would highly recommend!!!

Campground Response

Thank you for the great review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and hope you are able to come back and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Deborah Crich

Excellent. Clean park wonderful staff. Host are friendly and welcoming.

Campground Response

Thank you for your great review ... we are very glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you come again!

Claudia Hersey

The camp host is the best camp host ever!! The RV area is neat and clean and the grassy areas are great. Just bring a long hose and electrical cord to reach the water/power posts when backed into the sites. It's hot in the desert - the addition of tall skinny shade trees would be my only recommendation - i.e. no shade unless there's a tall trailer parked next to you on the sunny side. Otherwise great location for golfers and boaters alike! Kids would love the use of the big beautiful community pool too!

Marcia Tidwell

It was very clean and well taken care of Th host was the best and so very kind

Campground Response

We're very glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again in the future!

Hayes Olson

Our camp host was awesome! Location to golf, tennis and proshop could not be better. All services worked flawlessly. Easy walk to the swim area and trails too. Boat launch is close too and very well maintained. Items to note though: •When it's just a bit windy, there is no cover and everything will blow away. When it starts blowing, batten down the hatches!! And the wind blows often... •There is no shade from the scorching sun unless you make it. See paragraph above. •There are no tables or benches, so pack them for your party and be ready to take down at a moments notice, see first paragraph. •There are no restrooms unless you go to the swim area or boat launch, but they are dry water or sinks. We had a great week even though it was 100°+ a few days. You'll need a/c or deal with the heat...

Campground Response

We're very glad you enjoyed your stay! Although the PUD park has dry bathrooms, we do have restrooms located by the driving range and pool which are open during specific hours. Guest can access the pool and showers during stay for a fee. And, yes ... we do get hot and windy, but the views make up for it!

Shelly Bertch
