RESERVATIONS: 1. When making reservation, please state: - the size and type of your RV (Travel Trailer, Motor Home or 5th Wheel), - Arrival and Departure Dates - Slide Out Information, Tow Vehicle Information (Crew Cab, Extended Cab, Van, Dually, etc.) 2. Seasonal Reservations (October 1st - April 1st) will be accepted after August 1st 2015 and need to be in writing. We recommend making your reservation by September for seasonal arrivals. CANCELLATION POLICY: All refunds are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice, deposits will not be refunded or applied to rent if change is made less than 30 days from confirmed departure date. All changes in reservations MUST BE IN WRITING.
