The Dead Horse Ranch is located in the beautiful city of Cottonwood, Arizona and is a picturesque change from the usual desert scene the state is known for. Campers can look forward to epic greens and blues over the gorgeous lagoons at the park, as well as water sports such as fishing for channel catfish and rainbow trout and a host of other fish species. Campers can also take advantage of motorized and non-motorized boating, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. There are also a plethora of hiking and biking trails, but visitors usually use these paths to find a remote spot to stargaze. Birding and wildlife viewing is also popular, and the park association sometimes puts on educational and fun events around these past times. There are several different camping spots at this park, each with slightly different amenities, but campers can expect basic facilities like grills, restrooms, electricity hookups, water and fully-furnished cabin rentals. See you soon!

50amp/water/dump on site Beautiful park located on a hillside overlooking the town of Cottonwood at 3,300ft elevation. They also have cabins (8), and a separate area for tents. Fishing, horseback riding, hiking trails, river access, planned seasonal activities. Very quiet yet a short drive into town where there are several markets, Walmart, etc. Showers immaculate, sites huge, park hosts very nice. Max stay 14 days. We have an incredible view from our coach, and at present, the weather is beautiful. Would recommend checking it out if your in the area! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
