Steve and Shelly were such great hosts! They allowed a late arrival and even helped us get to our RV spot in the rain! My grandson loved fishing from the dock from morning to night. The RV sites near the lake are lovely.

I gave the RV park a 5 star rating because there wasn’t a way to give six stars. It’s a GREAT place to camp. The owners are friendly, caring and helpful! They’re wonderful folks and I’m hopeful we will be able to camp there again when passing through the area

5 + We’ve been on the road 2 months and I’d say this was our favorite campground. Wish we had found it earlier and could have stayed longer. The view and the quiet are well worth the bit of a bumpy road in. And follow THEIR directions, not your navigation system!! 😂

Campground Response

It was wonderful meeting you and your wife. We hope you can come back to see us again.

Nice family friendly campground. We like the location close to Osage Beach. The only negative is a pretty bumpy road getting to it. We will definitely go back.

We stayed in the Boat House with our 3 year old daughter and had the most wonderful time! The campground is beautiful and very well-maintained. Cross Creek is off the busy part of the area, which is perfect for family camping. The Boat House is so well kept and was comfortable. Can't wait to visit again!

Nice quiet and clean campground . Very hospitable. The steep rocky road to get to it is daunting but traversable.

Very nice park, even better owners and staff. We have a 45’ toy hauler, and didn’t make a reservation early enough to get a pull through spot for Bike Fest. The owner and one of his staff helped us unload our bikes, and then helped us guide our beast of a 5th wheel into our spot. I was one of the best spots on the property located right across from the lake. If I had any complaint, it would be poor cell phone service, and no WiFi or Cable TV; we did kinda enjoy being “unplugged” for while though. Thanks Steve and Shelly for a great week!!!

FIVE stars for the park itself! Beautiful, well kept, quiet, super nice owners. Getting there, however, is an experience. Cell signal was spotty, but that was fine for us. The road leading to the property is really bad with ruts, run off wash board, and dips. Once you get to the bottom and then to their property it's a LOT better.

Staff was wonderful and beautiful campground. We drove from Wisconsin and it felt like home. Staff was very helpful and backed our popup onto the site and gave us tips on how to back it next time. Showers were awesome also.
