I really don't like giving bad reviews but this one I will. Upon arrival, junk yard! It's not an rv park by any means. It's a run down mobile home park. Junk everywhere, couches piled up in yards and more. Who ever this man was who showed us to our spot, he made it very clear that he had a master key and could get into any camper at anytime. He was a creepy man. I've been approached if I ever needed drugs. No place to walk safely. Smells like sewer. Very muddy. We are staying here because of husband's job and the KOA near is charging over $700 a month. It's $300 a month here. Now I understand the office manager, owner is doing the best they can but I'm not sure how hard they really try. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
