Upon procuring a reservation, Guest hereby acknowledges that an advance reservation payment equal to the cost of one (1) night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property w/ the remaining balance due in full Fourteen (14) days prior to the guests arrival date. Reservations made less than Fourteen (14) days from the arrival date are required to be paid in full at the time of booking. Guest hereby acknowledges that for reservations cancelled prior to Fourteen days from the arrival date Cotton Patch Goldmine & Campground will refund the Guests reservation minus the reservation fee. Reservations cancelled less than Fourteen (14) days from the arrival date Guest will forfeit the reservation fee. Reservations cancelled less than Seven (7) days from the arrival date Guest will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.

Please bring all linens. These cabins do not have running water. We provide a place to shower and do laundry. They also do not have stoves or refrigerators, so don't forget the coolers!
