This was a very nice park. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Great view of Chimney Rock which is lit up at night. Lots to do and see in the area.

Pleasantly surprised at the campground. When I booked the reservation, I had no idea about the rock formation. What a surprise. Kids had a great time and the place was clean. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. Great place to spend a couple nights in Nebraska.

The fact that the Chimney Rock geologic formation was illuminated at night was a very pleasant surprise and we had full moon illumination and about the third watch of the night the moon floated above the Rock formation as if it were the Star lighting the way for the Wise Men.

We had a great time staying at Chimney Rock Pioneer. The view of Chimney rock was spectacular and sunsets were amazing. There were a lot of cows around and bunnies. It was also close to other Oregon Trail sites and fun exploring the area. We came all the way from California and the landscape is so different.. The only downside for us was that there were a bunch of flies/mosquitos which probably couldn’t be avoided... we are in nature.

This is a small park and most of the "campers" displayed license plates from Missouri. They were there when we got there and still there when we left after 2 nights. We were parked between two coaches and both had dogs and we don't have dogs. The barking was such an intrusion on the quiet. When we went to leave, we had only one exit as a dog pen was out in the road.

Nice RV park with a beautiful view of Chimney Rock. Check-in was easy and Joe was very accommodating. Active railroad tracks nearby.

Little gem of a campground! Level site, w/e and windshield view of Chimney Rock. Wonderful night sky ( little light pollution). Quiet. Only noises were windmill, birds, and a couple of trains passing. Definitely would stay again.

Peace and a view. Nice stop for our overnight visit here.

This was a perfect spot to camp at because the view at night, the stars, and how close you could be at Chimney Rock. The guy who we checked in with was generous, thoughtful, and accessible. If there was an issue he went far out of his way to help his guests. The small general store was filled with local vendors, beers, beverages, a small food menu for a quick bite (when we arrived we were hungry and not set up yet to cook), and small items. It was truly adorable. Although this is not a “camp site” I’d tell people to camp here. Bring a tarp and bring a good inflatable bed. The grass is thick (as it is a desert area) and it was long. It was the ONLY thing we didn’t care for was the grass. But all in all, it was the best camping site I’ve ever been to.

This is an intimate campground, not fancy yet SO relaxing! Chimney Rock is beautiful day and night. Train track across highway but we weren't bothered by it. Staff very friendly and cute gift shop.

Excellent campground with easy access to local area. Full hookups, easy in, easy out. Owner is a great person to deal with and a true patriot. We need more campgrounds like this. 'Semper Fi Mac'

This was a great overnight stop for us. The check in process was quick and easy and my kids loved getting fresh made waffle cones and ice cream at the store. Chimney Rock was beautiful and looking out over the pasture land was so pleasant. Would definitely recommend!
