Camp Itasca

Overview

Camp Itasca is a 40-acre campground located by the north entrance of Itasca State Park. It is only.08 miles from the Headwaters of the Mississippi River. It features full and partial hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.

Amenities & Activities

Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables and fire rings. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers. Visitors can also enjoy activities such as biking, hiking, fishing, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball, badminton and wildlife watching. 

If you are planning a family get together, there is a covered picnic area and also a children's playground.
