Calypso Cove RV Park

So we were on hard times when we moved in here, the manager and the 2 ladies in the office knew about it! They worked with us to get in here, we were to come and help out around the park to help pay for rent and all. This was supposed to be a on going thing. They promised us rainbows and unicorns and we got none of that! Just a bunch of lies! We are paying 1400$ a month for a 1 bedroom cottage and we are held to a very high standard unlike everyone else. We can’t have a chair in the yard but others can have ladders and trash and what ever they want. We pay out the nose to live here and we have to live and walk on egg shells everyone else gets to live in peace and enjoy their lives. We have moved in here and we have made our front yard the absolute best looking yard in the whole park, we have fixed the inside of the place. (Painted walls fixed holes fixed leaks under the bathroom and kitchen sinks we have repainted just about the whole outside of the place. All at our expense and still yet that isn’t enough.) I just found out my dad is soon to pass away and I’m being told I have to go on 1st I was told the 29th now I’m told the 28th and not once have they been willing to work with us!!! Even though they knew we were moving in with a 12 year old under hard times! They didn’t hesitate to put us in a 1400$ cottage that was torn apart looked like crap. But we were desperate at the time so we jumped on it, just to have everything backfire in our face. I guarantee we have the best looking place and yet to my well our surprise we get nothing in return. Even though that was one of the deals! They have lied, been hateful and most all all treated us like we are scum! They made promises they couldn’t keep and now my husband, son and myself are about to be homeless! Thanks calypso for promising to work with us, put us to work and tell us if we did this and that you would work with us! So much for partnership!!!

They owner called me and made everything right!!

My wife and I was staying here after Hurricane Michael and the park manager placed us in a new fifth wheel and we paid our deposit and rent and the park manager knew we had a small dog. A week before our third month the park manager came and said they were switching managers and she didn’t want them knowing we had a pet and asked us to leave 5 days before rent was due . She said she was returning our deposit as long as we left the unit cleaned. After we moved and cleaned the unit we still haven’t received our deposit calling to receive it she says we are not getting nothing. We still have the keys to the unit and still no deposit. Don’t stay here a bunch of crooks
