1. Messages – Phone messages will be placed in mailboxes. 2. Telephone – Public telephone is located inside the laundry room. Computer friendly. 3. Garbage – Please secure trash in a bag and put in dumpster next to bathrooms. 4. Swimming Pool – Pool is open from noon to dusk. Swim at your own risk. Only bathing suits are allowed in the pool – no shorts, cutoffs or other street attire. Do not use suntan lotion before you go in the pool. Please wash off in the outdoor shower provided before you go in the pool. 5. Quiet Hours – Quiet time is 9pm to 8am. 6. Laundry – Facilities close at 9pm. 7. Speed Limit – 10mph. Slow down or stop at all corners. 8. Motorcycles – Motorcycle traffic is limited to the shortest route for ingress and egress. No motorcycles or minibikes will be ridden around the park. 9. Privacy – Please use designated roadways only. Do not walk or drive through other sites. 10. Occupancy – Each site accommodates one trailer, motor home or truck camper only. 11. Management – Reserves the right to refuse admittance to any recreational vehicle that does not meet the park’s standards. 12. Pets – Pets are allowed on leash only. Walk your dog across Dempsey Road by the storage area. Please clean up all your dog’s “accidents” immediately. No pets are allowed in bathrooms, laundry room, office or pool area. All dogs and cats must have annual rabies immunization and their owners must have current certification in their possession. The pet owner is liable for any damage the pet does – digging holes, chewing electric cords, etc. 13. Fires – No ground fires are allowed. Do not put barbecue grills directly on the ground or picnic tables where grass or wood will be burned. Inquire at the office for the use of bricks for this purpose free of charge. 14. Renting – Tenants are not allowed to rent, lease or allow any person or persons to occupy trailer or premises without express permission from management. 15. Owners and Managers – Are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, wind, drowning, floods, or any other cause whatsoever. The equipment, apparatus, and facilities furnished on the grounds of the park are solely for the convenience of the residents and guests, and all persons using them do so at their own risk. Any guest found destroying or damaging park property must make restitution. 16. Children – Must be accompanied by a parent in the bathrooms, laundry room, and pool area. Parents are responsible for any damage done by children. 17. Recreation – Coffee and donuts are offered every Thursday at 9:30am in the laundry room from approximately November through April. 18. For Sale Signs – No for sale signs are allowed without first obtaining park owners approval. 19. Alcohol – No alcoholic beverages are allowed anywhere off your site. 20. Firearms – Do not carry or discharge any type of firearm in the park. This includes BB guns, air pistols and firecrackers. 21. Guests – All overnight guests must be registered in the office upon their arrival in the park. In the event of an emergency, we must be able to locate anyone residing in the park. 22. Additions – Screen rooms, patios, aluminum awnings, extra refrigerators, etc. are permitted only permissions of park owners.
