Sites were old but clean and kept maintained. The older restrooms were very small, needed cleaning and updating. The employees were friendly and helpful. We stayed at Burns RV for one night in a trailer. We will stay there again when we are in the area.

We came here in our RV for 1 month while we had some work done on our house. The park was getting a new owner the next day after we checked in. The old owners have stayed on as managers. This RV park is run down & very dirty. It is on a busy highway. The womens restroom/showers are absolutely filthy. There is a sign in the bathroom that says "bathrooms are cleaned daily". I used the shower on a Friday. I noticed that one of the showers had a big bunch of hair on the wall, so I used the other shower. I went back into the restroom on the following Wednesday. The hair was still in that shower!! There are dead bugs, mold on the ceiling, mud & dirt on the floors, and crud/debris in the corner of the showers. The toilets appeared to be clean. The laundry room is another story. I washed the same load of clothes in one of their washers 3 times to get the sand & dirt out of them. No one has cleaned those washers in a long long time. The rubber around the top of the washer tub is absolutely filthy. I did another load of laundry today & my clothes looked the same with dirt & crud on my clothes. Had to take my clothes to a friends house to get them clean. We are happy that we are only going to be here for 3 more weeks. We would leave & go to another place in town but we already paid for our month. I definitely would not recommend this place!!!
