Overview

The Brush Country RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Carrizo Springs, and is a great spot for an authentic southern vacation. There is plenty to do in Carrizo Springs and its surrounding area. The nearby Espantosa Lake and the Nueces River are ideal for fishing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. There are great opportunities for birding, wildlife viewing and photography at the Chaparral Wildlife Management Area. There are also nature trails, driving trails and seasonal hunting at the Chaparral. Tour the farm and packinghouse of Dixondale Farms, the largest and oldest producer of onions in the nation. The area also boasts historical sites, casino trips and close proximity to Mexican borders. Carrizo Springs features a charming downtown with replica lamps from the 1900's and decorative brick buildings. Stroll down the sidewalk and shop in small, unique gift shops and dine at the quaint cafes and restaurants. The Municipal Golf Course is just outside of town and features a beautiful 9-hole course open to the public daily.
