Trailer park is clean but the manager guy or what ever is disrespectful and will put a lock on your trailer if you don’t respond to his text

Took a 3-month assignment in Del Rio, Texas. Park is very clean and well kept as is the laundry, bath/shower room, exercise room and pool. Roads are paved, sites gravel - nice and level and large, grass "yards." Wifi seems to be adequate, even for Netflix. Free cable. There are "premium" sides for a little more but the only advantage is they have more parking for your boat, ATV or whatever. There is a "Broke Mill Hiking Trail" which we've not explored yet as well as a "bird watching area towards the back. Events center with a kitchen. Mike the owner/operator was great yesterday at check in. The only downside is that it is still quite warm here and there are no shade. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
