Reservation Policy
1. Must abide by all requests and rules as set forth in writing and by management 2. Daily & Weekly rates only include electric and total amount due at time of reservation 3. All rates based on one or two persons 4. No refunds. Rents not transferable 5. Return check charge - $35.00 6. LATE FEE: 5% per month on unpaid balances 10 days after due date 7. Guests Fees: Seasonal and yearly residents are allowed 2 weeks no charge for overnight guests, after 2 weeks and all other overnight guests will be charged $3.00 per day.
