The Campground itself was fine. Weve stayed there a few times in the past. The only we had an issue with is that there was dog poop all over the grass at our site. Even though the CG clearly provides poop bags and garbage can (one person who was parked right next to the bags and can, still let his dog run over to our side of the road and site, the first day we were there, loose to look for a place to poop!) Maybe more signage or stronger language on the website about dog protocols.

Campground Response

Thank you for the nice review. We do pride ourselves in keeping our park neat and clean. We are very sorry for the incident with the dog and neglectful owner. We have placed stricter rules on the website and we will be posting signs. We hope you come back

Stayed one night. Space 1. Perfectly adequate for our needs. Everything worked as it should. Very quiet except from 4:30 am to 6:00 am as everyone heads to work and the log trucks start their runs. We had a relaxing night. Spaces are generous and level. Be sure to let the water run before connecting to your RV to flush the lines. I would certainly stay here again.

Just as expected- clean; convenient; and the perfect base camp for a November deer hunt. Beautiful area and the locals were extremely friendly. I’ll definitely be back next fall!!

Nice little 'no frills' RV park. There isn't a lot of shade on the east side of the loop, which was almost a blessing in October. We were gone more than we were there. When we would return, our trailer and items left outside were never bothered. They could use more fire pits, preferably in each camp spot. There's both a bar and a winery within walking distance, a park that borders it on one side, and miles of wilderness in every direction.

Nice park to stop for a night or two. Our FHU back in site (4) was level enough we didn’t need to level the rig. The park is near a main highway (8). Gravel roads and sites, lots of grass around and mature trees. Plenty of space between sites, picnic table and fire ring at each site. Cute small town with shops/restaurant. Lots of areas to explore with trails for four wheelers, bikes and hiking. No amenities available, no WiFi and no cell service. Price was very reasonable per night, I think they have weekly and extended stays available.

Campground Response

Thank you very much for the nice review. The wifi and phone service has always been an issue out here in our nowhere land. We did just get a cell tower up for Inland and AT&T is signaling off of the same tower. We are sorry for the inconvenience of those services.
