Clean park, on the river. Lots of rabbits in the park.

A truly awful establishment. Run down, dirty, absolutely horrifying management, and a deplorable business ethic. They raised their rates to an extortionary level with little notice because they smelled Yellowstone money, and forced multiple long term, disabled veterans into a housing crisis with no regard for anyone. The definition of a bad business. Steer clear of black rabbit and go to Anglers Roost.... or literally anywhere else.
