Rules

General Policies

1. Quiet Hours – Except for work or activities authorized by Management, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM, during which time Residents must ensure that potentially disruptive sounds, including but not limited to voices, television, radios, musical instruments, equipment, power tools, etc. shall not travel beyond the Resident’s individual lot. 2. Interference – Interference with or harassment of other Residents, Guests, Visitors, or the Management, disturbances of the peace and quiet, public display of intoxication or influence, or willful or careless destruction or injury to property in the Park is prohibited. 3. Nuisances/Debris – No rubbish or debris of any kind shall be placed or permitted to accumulate upon or adjacent to any rental lot, and no odors shall be permitted to arise there from. 4. Harassment – Conduct which threatens stalks, intimidates, or slanders others is prohibited. The Park seeks to provide a congenial living environment that is free of improper harassment of Residents or Management that minimizes disturbances of the peace and quiet, and that prohibits the willful or careless destruction of or injury to property in the Park. 5. Drug or Criminal Activities – All residents and guests shall abide by the applicable Laws of Florida. 6. Speed Limit/Noisy Vehicles – The speed limit in the park is 10 Mph. Reckless or unsafe driving is prohibited. All vehicles must use the proper entrance and exit. 7. Maximum Number of Vehicles – A maximum of one RV is permitted per rental lot. A maximum of one additional vehicle is allowed per rental lot, if space permits. Only licensed and operable vehicles are allowed in the Park. See management to lease a parking space for additional vehicles. 8. Drivers – Operators of all automobiles, golf carts, scooters, and other motorized vehicles must be at least 15 years of age. 9. Parking – No parking on the street. All vehicles may only be parked in and driven across designated areas; Vehicles shall not be parked on any vacant rental lots or obstruct the driveways of other rental lots. Parking or placing vehicles or other items on the grass is not permitted. 10. Extra vehicles – Extra vehicles, boats, trailers, car dollies, and/or other large items are prohibited on RV lots. These can be placed on a permanent basis, space permitting, in the storage area in accordance with arrangements made with Management with a written lease. 11. Vehicle Restrictions – Management reserves the right to restrict other vehicles and to impose other limitations on vehicles if deemed to be in the best interest of the park or its Residents, vehicles, equipment and accessories needed by Owner, Management and its representatives for purposes of maintaining the Park are exempt from these restrictions. 12. No Vehicle Repairs/Washing – Performing vehicle maintenance in the Park is prohibited. Washing vehicles is not permitted within the Park without Management approval. RV’s and Park Models may be washed on site every 3 months. All exceptions must be authorized by Management. 13. Pets – Each resident may have a maximum of two pets. These are limited to dogs and cats. We cannot accept the following breeds or mixes of these breeds; Akita, Chow, Pit Bull, and Doberman. Exceptions may be made at Management’s discretion. This does not apply to guide/service dogs. Pets shall be kept on Resident’s lot at all times except when being exercised, at which time the animal shall be on a leash and walked only in the streets or in designated pet walk areas. At no time shall a pet be left outdoors unattended. 14. Trash – Collected after 9:00am on Monday and Thursday, all weeks of the year. Any changes or adjustments will be communicated by Management. 15. Plastic trash bags only – No trash cans or receptacles. Trash bags can be placed in front of your lot after 6 am on trash day. 16. Dumpster Location – If you miss trash pick-up, please take the trash to the dumpster.

Terrible staff, threatening behavior , poorly treated. They have employees living there and only care for themselves for free rent probably. This is a community that has been overrun by the staff throughout the years implementing other parks into this mess. It’s a terrible place and I don’t know why people are even bringing children to a 55+ community. The previous review is by the park… take note.they do not care about you or your health/safety. This is a very very sad part of Florida, in this area homeless all over nearby that are ignored and treated like dirt.seen a poor guy laying probably dead not too far away on my morning walk. Lovely place to have them harass you as a resident also.. don’t judge a book by its cover.

The price is a little high for a night, but for everything they had to offer it did seem appropriate (considering not only the activities, games and such but the location and all of the resources nearby). Taking in everything it really was nice; I think the best part was the staff. They were so funny and happy it was hard to not be welcomed. My kids and pets enjoyed running around and enjoying everything as well. It’s definitely worth stopping at for the night if you are in the area, I know you won’t find a lot of places like this! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
