Very clean rally room with waffle breakfast form 8-10am (not sure if it's every day) Well stocked store with all sorts of local craft items as well. Two RV repair/parts/accessory stores within 10 miles of the campground. Amazing brand new fitness center with every machine you can imagine and free weights Brand new washer and dryers in laundry ($2 wash/ $1.50 45 min dry) Nice dog run. Not as big as some of the others we've used but clean and functional. Rent 6 nights get one free and if you need to break up a month (we are going out of town for a week for the holidays) the owner will split the month for you occasionally. Bathrooms are clean but not as nice as some of the others we've stayed in. Just pretty basic. Hot water takes a while to come on but it's super hot once it does and lasts as long as you need it. There are a few full timers who give the place a tiny bit of a "deliverance" feel on occasion but they're nice people and we haven't had any issues. Owners are super sweet and helpful. Lots of food and shopping nearby including a mall..most stuff only 5-10 min away Wifi is absolutely awesome! You can watch anything you like and even stream (within reason of course so you don't slow it down for everyone). We haven't had a single issue aside from losing tv and cable in the ice storm last week for a few hours around 2am. Absolutely the best wifi we've seen anywhere so far and free! Cable has about 70 channels and a great signal as well.Trying to come up with a couple cons but really can't think of any worth mentioning! I-95 is right next to the campground so depending on where you are parked, it can get a bit noisy. Definitely not a place to let your dogs off leash. Otherwise it's been great! We camped in a back in spot in our 33 foot Class A motorhome.. will definitely be back!* - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
