I Ania rented here for 9 month , this is a quiet place with decent staff , nice people, well taking care off . The owners are very nice and go out of their way to help, which smart business people do . I like how peaceful this place is . I won’t think twice about parking my RV once again. Yary is down to earth. I do recommend this RV park “ ALOHA”

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! This place is rubbish, from the people working to the management. Yary is the wife of the owner's son who lived in the place like any other client and had nothing, now that she has the title of wife and runs the place as administrator, she believes she is the owner and what she has is an abuse of power, evicting families for nothing, if you are not to his liking he will kick you out. Several people here who are on Yary's good side do what they want and you can't do anything, what exists here is abuse and you can't live in a calm environment as you should. There is no service of any kind, the office is only open for one or two days the week her rent is collected, and maybe one or two days the rest of the month, Yary is unprofessional, rude and evil. She thinks that they respect her and she is wrong, the people who live here are afraid of being kicked out! Yary has family and friends living in the park, you can imagine. And many other things that if I write them I would need three days to be able to write and explain everything! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, if you don't want to have daily problems, if you want to live in peace and quiet, if you don't want to put up with things from people who pay rent just like you, and if you don't want to live with the worry of being thrown out on the street no reason. Yary now you can now reply to this review with your message "There are no records of this person staying with us." Of course, people won't leave their real names, you will kick them out! People can read you in the review. You are just rude and mean. Most of your 5-star reviews are not real, and the few that are real are from your family, personal friends, or posted by you. To give you an example of Melissa "5Stars" that's your sister! We can be here every day posting answers, I'll post the whole truth about you and Aloha RV Park, so people don't have to go through all this thinking they're going to live in a good place when they're not.

ALOHA BUSINESS OWNER YARINETTE, CONVICTED OF VIOLENCE TOWARDS WOMAN David Mcclennan convicted ON ALL felonY kidnapping, beating woman nearly to death, impersonation police officers, impersonation EMS Yeah Yari has given him permission to come right into Aloha and steal vehicles that are parked at a specific time but they had no intentions of being there all night. It’s a set up! This is clearly, legally committing grand theft. Then taking vehicles that may be in violation. It’s OK Driver took my car to his house, where they recorded conversation, does it matter if you guys later on another record a conversation on your feet on my door after two in the morning to extort money out of me. RW towing poinciana

Convicted felon with kidnapping and violence towards wome, David McClellan kidnapper who beat a woman nearly to death, impersonated police officer & impersonated EMT risking lives was busy making money and taking cars said to be in some violation of parking rules. However, many were not in violation so the cars were not towed they were illegally taken and that’s called grand theft! The latest mistake made in Aloha by management recently, is not researching third party contractors like towing services, a woman was beaten nearly to death and the man found guilty was convicted, then same man impersonating a police officer was convicted, then it was the EMT, and he had no medical training to do that either. So he gets the contract or the money to be made by victimizing others cause Yari Fredericks manager owner Aloha campground gave convicted violent dangerous felon permission to go in Aloha and basically tow vehicles, some which were towed illegally. But either way, why would any business allow a criminal like this to enter their space? My vehicle was towed and I wasn’t parked overnight so that’s in illegals hell. So that would be grand theft. I drove immediately to the location of my car and it was on a cul-de-sac in Poinciana at the owner of the tow trucks home the man who committed the felonies I spoke of earlier. I recorded the conversation because I felt it was a scam from the beginning. And my car was on the back of the show truck, and he never explain to me where the lights were the car was gonna be taken to you. A few nights later, he was beating on my door after 2 AM telling me he wanted his money it was more now That he was going to put a lien on my vehicle and misrepresenting with the losses. Well, the recording on the first night did match the second night, and he was clear trying to extort money out of me. When I did pick my car up, it was at a 7-Eleven. He told me to go see you in my car was still on the back of the tow truck. At my door when he came that evening, misrepresented the laws he threaten to put a lien when he could not have really done sell, and then try to raise the price more than once. Luckily, I have all of the audio of every conversation to prove it. I believe the business since they clearly didn’t do the research or did you diligence that was necessary this happened and my car was illegally towed. I was not working overnight, I missed a dialysis appointment had to pay money to use another vehicle. I had to pay money to go to dialysis and back. So 250+55+20 is my loss . At least, since it’s the businesses responsibility to keep criminals, that are dangerous specially, career criminals, who are dangerous out places where they can commit more crimes or steal peoples vehicles. If the monies not paid to me by administration of Aloha, I’m filing civil charges and criminal charges on Aloha employees who were associated and towtruck driver who is also the owner of the business. The administration goes to extreme and unreasonable means to keep everyone away not in the park, ironic isn’t it, a dangerous criminal, who kidnapped a woman nearly eat her to death,, who also was convicted impersonating an officer, who impersonating an EMS, medical person and Lord knows what else, permission to come right in? You got a wonder why that is?

I have been living in Aloha RV park for 20 years now and I hope to be here for 20 more. Ray and Adam are the best. They treat me like family and they work very hard to make sure that this is a wonderful place to live. Most of the residents are very friendly, too.

Quiet but very ran down. The hook ups were melted and not as nice as what we paid for. We went to a different place a few miles down the road that was cheaper and much nicer.

I just spent 3 months at Aloha RV Park. The park is older but the park is clean, the bathhouses are clean and the utilities work all the time. The park is owned and managed by the Fredricks family and they are superb. They will absolutely bend over backwards to help you in any way they can. I cannot say enough good things about the park or it’s management. If I have an opportunity to spend another winter in Central Florida I will absolutely go back to Aloha.

I'm never this blunt about a resort experience but I'm not able to come up with anything good to say about Aloha RV Resort. Frankly, everything there is either old or in disrepair or is under construction. My advice - go anywhere else ! The residents were very nice ! This is really a trailer park with a few spots for transiants - I said GOOD BY !

Campground Response

I’m sorry you feel this way but we can’t do anything about the road construction. We try to accommodate your needs as much as we could. GOOD BYE

First time RV'ers. Love love love this place. We wanted somewhere we can go without all the fancy stuff and cost to go with. Manager, sorry can't remember names but she is amazing. She talked us through direction all the way as to how to hook up. We were a bit later than office hours and since we called she waited for us. It was 5:20 PM when arrived. Extremely quiet, and really easy to get to disney and SeaWorld and all the rest. We have an extremely large unit and it fit fine just narrow in and out. Will be back lots since we go to disney several times a month.

The management is really nice and the facilities are always clean. However the front entrance is a messy dirt road and the the lanes between the sites are extremely narrow. This site is also really difficult to spot from the road as there's no sign. Just be aware that there is no turning lane into the RV park so this can be difficult. Overall once you're in the spot it's a nice place to stay with a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The park is definitely a step above your average park but not quite as nice as an RV resort. Personally I would stay here again, especially if the front entrance ever gets paved.

This place is really nice and beautiful. The staff was not only super friendly but they were accommodating with everything our requests. The sites were very spacious and there were a plethora to choose from. The amenities were really nice and wasn’t too much. The activities were really fun for the whole family. We all had such a great relaxing time here that we didn’t want it to end, and to think we might not have stayed here. We ended up here because we had car issues and had to stay the night as we couldn’t get it repaired until the next day. So glad we found this place! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
