A-AAA Adult RV Park is a beautiful, quiet and safe family-owned RV park situated on 18 country acres of trees and grass. The park is surrounded by two creeks in the southwest Oklahoma City metro area and offers 80 super wide RV lots with 30 and 50 amp electric service. Two double-size pull-thru lots are also available. Other amenities include high speed Internet access, park security, storm shelter with wheelchair access, laundry facilities and security lights throughout the park.

Rules

Quite Time

Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Keep vehicle idling time under 5 minutes, please keep headlights off.

Laundry

Laundry rooms are connected to apts with daytime sleepers, please keep noise down. Help keep laundry room and machines clean. Laundry of any type is not to be hung outside at any time.

Parking

Park/drive on hard surface areas only.

Respect Property

Positioning of satellite dishes must be approved by management. Do not walk through or cross through other RV lots. Do not attach or tie anything to trees. No littering, this included cigarette butts.

Mowing

Please move all objects and vehicle when mowing is being done on your lot.

Storage

Keep your site clean and clutter free. Storage buildings are available on your lot for $40 a month.

Trash

Do not leave trash bags outside or scraps for critters to find.

Open Flame

Campfires are not allowed, we are in Blanchard City Limits. Grills are not to be used or stored on top of picnic tables.

Water

Water regulator required at park faucet. $25 lost water fee per day if caused by negligent guest. Turn off water when away for more than 24 hours. Washing vehicles $5 each, washing RV's $10 each. Must be prepaid!

Children

Under 15 years old. Children may visit but not overnight, no babysitting allowed. Keep visiting children on your lot only.

Pets

Keep all pets on leash. Pets may be tied outside only if you stay outside with them. Bathroom duties must be confined to your lot and picket up immediately. Large pets are restricted to South Loop Road. Do not walk your pet on any vacant or occupied RV lot. Do not feed your pets outside of your RV lot.

Speed Limit

Park speed limit is 10mph.

2 minutes ago Donna (lady who runs park) is a very rude woman. You have to practically ask permission for visitors to come over. I forgot to let her that a contractor of mine was coming over and she embarrassed me in front of them by yelling that it’s her park and no one is to visit unless she says so.. Will watch you like a hawk waiting for you to break any rules. Expects you to memorize all rules. If you break a rule she will come at you very hostile, and belittle you. She has no idea what the word tact means. She’s rude and disrespectful. Does not know how to talk to people. If you happen to break one rule so help you god she will head hunt you. Laundry center is crap and expensive. Park is nice, owner not so much. Don’t waste your time or put yourself through the stress. Also WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Phone service is spotty. Lastly beware of “RV park govern” north of lot 9 she will believe anything he has to say. PS Donna this is for you. Definition of Tact [takt] noun a keen sense of what to say or do to avoid giving offense; skill in dealing with difficult or delicate situations.
