This RV Park is located on a secluded part of the San Marcos River just outside of Martindale, Texas. It has unique views and great access to the river. It has a spectacular view from the high bluff overlooking the river bend and the "rapids", as well as a couple of great gravel shoal access points that will lead you to great fishing and or lounging on the river. There are stores ten to twenty minutes away but dining and shopping is a distance.  - Pets allowed on leash only (no loose dogs to visit your neighbors please)  - No refunds will be given for early departure or due to acts by Mother Nature  - Volleyballs and corn hole bags can be checked out at the Office with an Valid ID, then returned to the Office or Camp Check In Staff. You are welcome to bring your own but please limit play time to two hours if others are waiting to use the area  - No fireworks; No firearms unless it is following State Laws for Open Carry. The Oasis RV Park provides small town living within close proximity to larger cities. We were established in 2014 and have become an important part of this community. Under new ownership and management in 2024, the park has already seen a lot of positive changes and improvements. Some of these improvements include a new privacy fence, entry sign, landscape enhancements, security system and lighting, and a new office houses onsite laundry.

The Blanco State Park is located in the beautiful town of Blanco, and is a great spot for an authentic Texas vacation. This small park hugs a one-mile stretch of the river. On the water, campers can swim, fish, paddle or boat, and on land, there's plenty of space to picnic, hike, camp, watch for wildlife, and geocache. For the group-travelers, there's a picnic pavilion for socials, group games and meals. Campers can also look forward to a number of nearby attractions such as the Old Blanco County Court, Market Days held on the 3rd Saturday of each month and the Willow City Loop which is a breathtaking spot that's perfect for scenic drives, jogging, dog walking, picnicking and stargazing or sunset viewing. There's also golf courses, the Exotic Resort Zoo, Real Ale Brewing Company, Texas Hill Vineyard and the CN Stars Horse Training and Trail Rides.
