Each site includes free WiFi, however cable internet,  phone, and tv available at each site at additional cost. Rates include water, sewer, trash, lawn.  We also offer our guest access to the pool, hot tub, clubhouse with catering kitchen, library, pool table, shuffleboard, wide paved streets. For you safety, as well as ours, we have a security fence with an electric security gate! This is a great spot for an authentic southern escape. Close to the park are a number of great activities visitors can take advantage of, including: surfing, shuffleboard, golf, kite boarding, tennis and historic sightseeing.
