The Big Creek Baldy Lookout Cabin sits at an elevation of over 5,700 feet in the Kootenai National Forest, and is a perfect place for a cozy, secluded getaway. Campers can enjoy the panoramic views of the wide valleys and densely forested peaks. Lake Koocanusa and the Yaak River are popular features of this park. As you hike, bike and explore this lush area, keep your eyes open for curious wildlife like elk, moose, deer, bears, birds and smaller mammals.
