We are conveniently located in Theodore, AL just off I-10. Our park offers 160 spaces spread out over approximately 20 acres. It's nestled among 100 year old hardwoods that provide plenty of shade and foliage. We also have a lake for fishing with a small beach area for swimming.   Amenities & Activities The resort features amenities such as: an on-site restaurant, showers and restrooms, free WIFI, cable, lakeside cabins, propane filling station, laundry facilities, big-rig access, handicap access, a playground, and Dump Station. We have walking paths, paddleboats, canoes and kayaks.   Attractions You can also look forward to local attractions such as the Battleship Memorial Parkway, Mobile Greyhound Park, Bellingrath Gardens and Mobile Botanical Gardens. There’s also the Mobile Museum of Art, Mobile Symphony, Mobile Opera Estuarium / Public Aquarium, Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, Mobile Saenger Theatre and the Exploreum Science Center. Our park is pet-friendly, however, all pets must be on a leash when outside. The park office includes a small store where you can find some basic necessities from food items to parts for your RV. The campground features a sandbar for the pleasure of its campers and guest at Escatawpa Hollow.
