We have 55 sites for tents and RVs, some with views of Elk Lake, near Traverse City and Elk Rapids, Michigan.  Within the Whitewater Township Park, there are approximately 2 miles of nature trails that wind through various landscape and gentle terrain. Nearly 20 years ago what is now known as Warblers Cove Campground was set to be sold off with the intention of becoming the stage for an ongoing summer music festival. A local scout troop didn't like that idea knowing its inevitable changes to the area which it frequented. Ultimately, a concerned parent ended up purchasing the 600+ acre campground out of the spirit of conservation and family values.  As 2021 came to a close a new family has taken over ownership. We have the intention of continuing the spirit of conservation on the land while at the same time positioning the property for decades of fun and joy to come.  Our hope as the new stewards of Warblers Cove is to enhance the infrastructure, amenities, and access to the property for all who enjoy it. We hope you will join us on this journey of turning the page onto a new chapter for this truly special place that we are blessed to be a part of.

What can you expect when you stay at Everflowing Waters Campground? One of the most tranquil and peaceful experiences any traveler could wish for. Located on the peaceful Yuba Creek, this quiet, semi-shaded, secluded campground is just the place for the camper who wants to get away from it all but remain close to the action too. Privacy and convenience, tree-shaded grassy lots and the overflowing waters of Yuba Creek make this campground a must stay location for your next location or weekend getaway. The charming Traverse City area with its shops and restaurants is nearby. Plus, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, mountain biking and two champion-level golf courses are just around the corner.  Some park amenities include 20/30/50 amp sites along with tent sites for those seeking something a little more different. Guests also have access to picnic tables, fire ring/grill, fire pit and WiFi. Whether its for a short and or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!

We love stories and the people who tell them. Whether they are told at dusk around the campfire while roasting marshmallows, or in the morning around the coffee pot, we love to hear other camper’s adventures and tales from the road. Since you are here and considering a stay at Antrim Meadows, I will break the ice and start with our story. We are Doug and Stacey Hicks–short-time campground owners and Northern Michigan natives. We actually attended the same highschool, but moved apart until a chance meeting brought us back together in 2005. We returned to Northern Michigan in 2014 and soon after, we re-opened Doug’s successful auto-repair business, Doug’s Garage and Off-Road Center. Over the years, we also developed a love for camping to add to our other hobbies of travel, motorcycles and mountain bike riding. Our purchase of Antrim Meadows was another chance encounter that paid off for us. We had recently sold our auto repair business, so we were looking for our next venture. On our way to our new home in Mancelona, Doug noticed the campground was for sale. I’m not going to lie, I had questions. After all, it was 2020 and the world was shutting down, so starting a new business in uncertain times seemed, well, not smart. But as we talked about the possibilities and the potential the property held, we decided the location provided the perfect spot for us to share our love of camping and Northern Michigan.  Whether you are into mountain biking, boating, swimming, hiking, kayaking, golf, or motorcycle riding, there is no better place to travel than Northern Michigan, and Antrim Meadows serves as the perfect basecamp for your adventures.
