We are located 4 miles west of Beaumont, TX city limits and 7 miles east of Sour Lake, TX in a rural, quiet setting. There is a 10-20 minute commute to all refineries in Beaumont and we love plant workers! We offer monthly rates that include water, sewer, and trash pickups. At this time, pets are not permitted.  

The Busy Bee RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Broaddus, and is a great place to enjoy an easy-going Texas vacation. Just beyond the campground are a number of excellent attractions including the Jackson Hill Marina the Ellen Trout Zoo, zip-lining adventures, Cherokee Trace and the Martin Dies Jr. State Park. Among these activities, visitors can enjoy viewing and interacting with native and exotic animals, or just walk among thriving natural terrains. Lake TomBigBee is a short drive from the campsite, and is a great spot for boating, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. And of course, the area is filled with great restaurants, shops and golf courses.
