We are located on the San Juan River is the Southern Colorado Rockies at 7,200' elevation, with nice warm days and pleasantly cool nites. While we are close to the highway to take you to adventures in the area, we are down next to the river away from highway noise. This wilderness campground 25 miles from Durango, Colorado has been sometimes referred to as "Colorado's Best Kept Secret" and neighbors the Weminuche Wilderness, and borders 1800 feet of lake and river frontage.
