The River Forks was established in 1905 and has recently recovered from the severe flooding of 2013. Drake is convenient to Estes Park and close to many spectacular hiking, climbing and fishing areas. The riverfront campground includes 10 tent/RV sites and offers picnic tables, firepits, restroom, and dump site. We do not offer electric sites currently but expect to have them available next summer. We also have a Bed & Breakfast for those who prefer sleeping indoors. Granite Tent Campground is a park located near Gunnison County, Colorado. It features six basic campsites that are tent only. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides allows pets and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms but does not have potable water. Falcon Meadow Campground is a small rural family campground on Colorado’s high plains. Open all year, Falcon Meadow RV Campground is located on US Hwy 24 about 15 miles east of downtown Colorado Springs and about a mile west of Falcon town center. We have big, full hook-up pull thrus for the big rigs (20-30-50 amp) and tent sites large enough to spread out. Our 36-site campground is at 6,800 feet altitude, looking across the 20,000 acre Banning-Lewis Ranch with Pikes Peak (14,110 feet altitude) in the background.
