Established in 1923. Located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains 51 miles East of Sonora on Highway 108. Enjoy hiking trails, fishing, campfires and horseshoes. Country general store, gift shop and fishing supplies. Full service restaurant/bar (limited days). Additional accommodations include rustic cabins and a 4-plex motel. Family recreation, including snowmobiling. Reservations required for RV park, cabins and motel. Drop-Ins are welcome "IF" we have openings! Open May through September.

Juniper and Live Oak Campground is located near San Francisco in Walnut Creek, California. The campsite is within Mount Diable State Park, home of the highest peak in the San Francisco Bay Area. It has 51 campsites that are big rig friendly and feature 360-degree views of the bay area and California’s Central Valley. The park allows pets.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. It also includes all your basic amenities like restrooms with hot showers and potable water. Located in the beautiful and tranquil town of Beckwourth is the gorgeous Frenchman Campground. The site is home to hundreds of high alpine lakes and thousands of miles of clear-running streams. Pine trees provide moderate to good shade in most sites and at a 5,800-foot elevation, a variety of wildlife make their home in the area.   Activities and amenities: The visibly stunning view isn’t the only thing that the campground has to offer, there are many activities and amenities too, such as: multiple single-family campsites for tent and RV camping, tables, campfire rings with grills, vault toilets, drinking water, firewood, picnic areas and trash collection.
