Our fields are surrounded by beautiful pastures and grazing cows. Eric and I are often amused every day by the 13 head of cows traipsing down to the water pond to cool off every day around 2pm. Although our pond, at the moment, is shrouded by tall trees, we plan to get busy on thinning them out in late November, after the famous Appalachian "changing of the leaves" season. By late next spring, we plan to have a pretty walkway around the pond, along with benches and adirondack chairs for your enjoyment.

Holpp’s Pine Ridge Lake is a man made 185 acre lake that was built in the late 1960’s. Shortly after filling it was opened to the public for fishing and swimming. The lake was stocked by the state with Bass, Bream, Catfish, Red Ear, and Crappie. You can come and enjoy your day fishing or swimming. There are sandy beach areas for swimming, pavilions with picnic tables and charcoal grills. There are no lake restrictions on water craft, so bring your boat or jet ski! We are ATV-friendly and within riding distance of Blackhouse Mountain trail system, and close to multiple hiking and bridle trail systems!
