Our story begins with a little old lady, our grandma, who believed with all her heart we were worth it. After her passing, we dedicated Ethel's Hideout in memory of her. On this land we have built an RV park comfortably tucked away to provide a quiet stay away from the crowds. With 5 spaces supporting 30/50 amp water and power sites, one will never feel crowded. Given our convenient location, we border agriculture, state and public lands, providing an authentic western experience. Though tucked away to give the illusion of seclusion, we are located only 7 miles from downtown Kanab, Utah. Kanab offers many fun, exciting events and adventures throughout the year such as national parks, Zions, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon and Lake Powell to name a few. Bring your horses and reserve stalls for them as well! Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Located on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon National Forest is the DeMotte Campground, an excellent and popular spot for immersing yourself in some of Arizona's most breathtaking terrains. Campers can look forward to beautiful ponderosa pines and great trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding. The Grand Canyon is nearby, so be sure to visit this geological wonder with your camera and child-like awe at the ready. There's also excellent art galleries, museums, historical and cultural sites, restaurants and shops, so you don't have to travel too far for an urban adventure.

At an elevation of over 7,200 feet, the campground enjoys cool temperatures and a thriving flora and fauna landscape, perfect for exploring, hiking and biking. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is nearby and is perfect for scenic and wildlife viewing, and excellent views of the sunset and night sky after a long day of exploring. There's also horseback riding trails nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops for the urban adventurer. 

Kaibab Camper Village offers the ultimate camping experience near the Grand Canyon North Rim. Not only is this site popular for its gorgeous views of the Grand Canyon, but there's plenty of other sites around the campground for visitors to enjoy. Campers can look forward to the Zion National Park, Vermilion Cliffs and California Condors. There's a number of excellent hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, and many visitors are sure to pause at dusk to soak in one of those iconic Arizona sunsets or just great stargazing. There's not many shopping places near the campground since it's so secluded, so be sure to bring all the supplies you'll need.

The Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal Campground is located in the town of Kaibab, Arizona and is a great place to enjoy a beautiful natural environment, and plenty of peace and quiet. Campers can look forward to beautiful cliff faces and rock formations, as well as plenty of desert plains to explore. The Pipe Springs National Monument is nearby and the staff there and at the campground are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area's history, so be sure to pick their brains for area tips and guides.

We are now accepting reservations starting from February 14th, 2024. Our campground was created for Overlanders,  VanLifers & Tent Campers! Most sites are designed for Camper Vans, pop up Truck Tents, and regular tents, but we have a few larger sites that can accommodate a small camper or two Vans/Trucks.  Also, there are a few permanent tents you can sleep in (you'll still need your own bedding) but this is great for those motorcycle travelers who only have a bedroll.  Hot Showers. Enjoy our dark starry skies while sitting by the fire. 

Zion View Camping has mountain views, free wifi and free private parking, set in Hildale. Some units feature a balcony and/or a patio with river views. A children's playground can be found at the camping, along with a barbecue. The nearest airport is St. George Regional Airport, 68 km from Zion View Camping.  

Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort is a park located near Mount Carmel, Utah. It features full hookup campsites that are big rig friendly. Many of them are pull through accessible. The park provides free WiFi, allows pets, and has a dump station.   Amenities & Activities Campsite amenities offered include picnic tables, fire circles, and grills. It also includes basic amenities like restrooms with coin-op hot showers and coin-op laundry facilities. Travelers can expect great canoeing, fishing, boating, paddle boarding and kayaking. Antelope Canyon and the Glen Canyon Dam are nearby and excellent for site seeing sky-gazing at sunset.

Located on 4530 S State Street in Orderville, UT lies the East Zion Riverside RV Park. This RV park includes electricity. This site is open all year.

Paria Canyon Guest Ranch is a campground located on - in kanab, UT. The site includes electricity.

The Wahweap RV and Campground is located in Page, Arizona on the shores of Lake Powell. Campers can look forward to an incredibly picturesque lake side, with plenty of natural terrain surrounding it for exploring, hiking and biking. Water sports are popular at this park, so travelers can expect great boating, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Many look forward to group barbecues and picnics by the water, especially at sunset for the iconic Arizona dusk light how. Stargazing at this park is also excellent! The Glen Canyon dam, Horseshoe Bend and Lower Antelope Canyon are also close by and offer excellent scenic views.
