Five full-hookup (sewer, electric, 30/50amp, WiFi) spots now available in my large "backyard RV park" property 1/2 mile (7-minute walk) to the beach, across from a lagoon, in a prime location in the famous surf spot neighborhood of Pleasure Point. You'll be in a beautiful environment featuring a very large farmstead garden where you're welcome to all the heirloom tomatoes, etc. you can eat during your stay. We prioritize travel nurses and other temporary public-serving workers, but spots may be available for other travelers. It's my backyard, so there are no standard RV park amenities, but the neighborhood, location, company, and food more than makes up for it. Can accommodate up to 45' class-A motorcoach and 40' 5th wheel. Looking for well-referenced, financially secure tenants on a month-to-month basis, 1-3 months initially with the possibility of extension. Weekly rates may be available but for special circumstances only and at a higher price. Price will depend on the size of your rig and number of cars, pets, etc. Monthly rent starts at $1900/mo for a small trailer/class-C RV, one car, with no pets.
