What is RoverPass?

RoverPass is a service to find the best price, compare RV Parks, and reserve RV parks online through our simple and easy to use reservation process. You can also get up to a 50% discount at hundreds of RV parks by signing up for our discount club.

How is RoverPass.com different than other discount clubs?

We allow campgrounds to pick the discount they offer when they want to offer it. RoverPass allows you to get bigger discounts when campgrounds are actively looking for customers. We don’t only accept campgrounds that offer 50% off or campgrounds that offer only 10% off. We accept everything in between as well. Additionally our technology makes it a whole lot easier to search, discover, and book at campgrounds. You can use us to send off reservation requests to campgrounds. Think of us as the Expedia or Priceline for the camping industry. Go to pre-order page.

How do I find an RV park or campground?

Go to RoverPass.com and enter your destination into the search bar. Once on the search page, you can choose from a number of filters on the left as well as browse by scrolling through the results or interacting with the map. Once you find one you’re interested in, click "View Campground” to see the campground’s full listing.

How do I make a reservation through RoverPass?

Once you’ve reached the campground’s listing page, you can fill out the Reservation Request form on the right with your travel details. This will send the information to the campground and they will get back to you about their availability. You can also view the phone number on the listing page by clicking the “Show Phone Number” button.

After I send the reservation request, what can I expect to happen?

When you send a reservation request to a campground, they will receive the information. They will get back to you about availability depending on your travel details. Sometimes you may not hear back from the campground within 24 hours. If this occurs, we recommend following up with a phone call. When you send a reservation request through RoverPass, we send you an email with the campground information for your reference.

Who and when do I pay for the reservation?

Once you hear back from the campgrounds on their availability and reservation information, you can choose which one you’d like to stay at and complete the reservation through the campground. All reservation details and related policies, including cancellation, are through the campground.

Who do I contact if I need to cancel the reservation?

You will need to contact the campground.

Can I leave a review?

Yes! Just go to the campground’s listing page and you can leave a review there.

Can I upload photos?

Absolutely! Similar to leaving a review, go to the campground’s listing page. Click on the camera icon and upload your photos.

What if I don’t hear back from the campground?

This doesn’t happen very often because we work to make sure that the campgrounds get back to you quickly. If you don’t hear back from the campground within 24 hours, we recommend calling them directly. Every time you send a reservation request through RoverPass, we immediately send you an email with the campground’s details, including their phone number. You can use this email as reference in case you don’t hear back within 24 hours.
