Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Must be made 14 days (or more) prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full deposit refund, minus a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, but more than 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, will only have the deposit refunded if the accommodations can be re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee. All no-shows and cancellations seven days or less prior to the scheduled check in date will not only lose their deposit, but will automatically be charged for the full amount due on the bill. No refunds or discounts for early departures, inclement weather, or river conditions. No refunds on holidays or guide trips. Special Note: We are not a major hotel on a major highway. We are a remote resort run by a hard-working American family. We do not enjoy charging people for short-notice cancellations or no-shows. However, it's something we must do to ensure the continued operation of our business. Once we accept your reservation, we turn other customers away. When we have a cancellation close to the scheduled arrival date, we make every effort to try and re-book it. Unfortunately, people we previously turned away have generally already found other accommodations. Please, if you know you're not going to make it, notify us as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please ask. We will do our best to help make it as pain free as we can. However, recognize we do have the above cancellation policies in place and, despite our best efforts, we may have to charge you the full amount due.

LOVE this place so much! We camped in site 16 beside the river and it was so peaceful and beautiful. A great place for families.

Great rustic campground I hat had full hookups. This is not the concrete jungle like so many parks.you park next to the White river, and look at some massive cliffs. They do have a bath house with plenty of hot water. There is a small convienence store. Firewood and ice is available. The owner is a personalable guy that really cares and will take recommendations. Our second trip and we will be back.

Great people. 5 stars all the way. If you want to catch fish, ask for Brandon as a fishing buddy. He knows his stuff when it come to catching trout from the river. Very reasonably priced place. Will definitely be returning soon.

The location was fantastic and the views were phenomenal!! I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly to us and really helped us with our lack of trout fishing knowledge!

I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay at the White Buffalo Resort! Birthday parties were out this year (COVID), so I let my 2 kids with September birthdays each bring a friend (and our 120-pound labrador ball of love, Hank and 25-pound Shiba Inu ball of fluff, Mahayla) who is also in virtual school with them for a weekend in one of the camper cabins. They seemed much bigger on the inside than I expected. We had plenty of room inside and slept comfortably on the beds. Everything was clean and tidy when we got there, and the owners were very helpful and engaging. On the first day, we went on a half-day float with all the kids... and Hank! We loved how dog-friendly everything was. They had no problem giving him a ride with us for the float. The driver on that trip gave us good advice for where to stop for our picnic lunch, and they came down promptly to get the canoes when we were done. They even hauled our massive ice chest back to the office for us so we wouldn't have to carry it! That evening, we all went bank fishing. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept, and the doggos even made friends with another lab family who was staying at one of the cabins! That night, they had the Razorback football game playing on a projector in the pavilion. We were not expecting it at all, and it was so perfect! We cooked and made s'mores over the campfire that night. The porch was very pleasant to sit on, and the picnic table was nice to have, as was the mini fridge in the room! The A/C kept us nice and cool as well. The kids spent a lot of time up by the office in the game area, playing ping pong and chess and tic-tac-toe. The little store on site had everything you could ever need, and the prices were reasonable. Don't forget to buy your firewood before the office closes, though! Thankfully, a gas station was only about 15 minutes away, so we picked some up there. The bathrooms were spotless, and about half the time we went in, there would be someone in there checking and cleaning. Checkout was smooth. We heard about this place when my daughter came for a week with her best friend's family, and we will DEFINITELY be coming back. The plan is to (COVID-permitting) host our family reunion there next summer. It's now a family favorite. Thank you to the wonderful staff, and we look forward to seeing you again!

We loved this spot plan on returning many times. We had a great trailer site along the river. Best view for a morning cup of coffee. The owners and staff were super nice and very accommodating. Props to Brandon, our fishing guide, for getting our 11 year old hooked on trout fishing!

Great campground. Our site was right on the water and had an amazing view each morning and evening. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Everything was clean and great place for kids to play and swim in kid friendly pool. Plans to go back soon! We were also placed with a wonderful guide for a fishing trip that was awesome. Worked really hard to make the trip great. Reeled in lots of Rainbow and were excited to catch a rare golden and a brown trout on the trip. Recommend this Resort to anyone wanting to spend time in the area.

This is a very nice campground, mostly aimed at trout fishing. Right on the river. Beautiful scenery and well kept. This is easily the friendliest campground we have ever used. It is a bit pricey, due to add-on charges (platform fee?), and space is tight, but we will definitely return.

It is our favorite place to stay. The place is so peaceful and beautiful. The fishing is great and the boat rentals are very reasonable. The owners and managers are very friendly and helpful. There is wifi at the office if you need to check your email but it is so nice to be off the grid to recharge. The kids love the large field area to play volleyball, horseshoes and such.

Our family had a great long weekend at White Buffalo! The staff was nothing but friendly and the grounds were well kept. The full hook ups were great for our camper. Boat rental was reasonably priced and the fishing was great! The kids appreciated the open area to play as well as the covered porch area with the ping pong table. Over all, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back.

The resort area is well kept with beautiful scenery. We have a motorhome. My only complaints are their are no concrete pads to park our RV on. After a rain makes for a mess going in and out of the Motorhome. Also there is no service for phone or WiFi. We were completely off the grid. Made it impossible to conduct any business. Otherwise a very nice place if you want to completely get away. The manager was very nice and the lady checking us in was very nice.
