Westgate RV Park is conveniently situated one mile off of US Hwy 61 (Samuels Rd) on Mt. Pleasant Rd. Westgate RV Park is a very spacious property with only 16 slots available for your comforted stay. The tree-lined site is in a very country setting offering plenty of peace and quiet. Westgate is only one mile away from Zachary's major restaurants, gas stations, grocery and dollar stores. In addition, the park is only one mile away from Zachary's baseball diamonds and a BREC Park. The site is also pet friendly with a maximum of two pets per camper.
IF YOU ABANDON YOUR R.V. THE MANAGEMENT MAY TOW IT TO ANY SITE OR PROPERTY OF OUR CHOOSING AFTER THE 6TH DAY OF THE MONTH. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES AND EXPENSES INCURRED. THE MANAGEMENT WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY ONEROUS, OBNOXIOUS OR OFFENSIVE ACTIVITY OF ANY SORT THAT COULD INTERRUPT OR ADVERSLELY AFFECT THE ENJOYMENT OF OTHER PARTIES UTILIZING OUR FACILITIES. IN THE EVENT OF ANY OFFENSIVE ACTIVITY, IN THE SOLE JUDGEMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT, THE OFFENDING PARTY WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE PARK WITHOUT REFUND. PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO VEHICLES PER SPACE. PARKING OF OTHER VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT. CUSTOMER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES ARISING FROM ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR INJURIES CAUSED BY FIRE, WATER , WIND, CIVIL STRIFE OR ACTS OF GOD, OWNER, AND/OR CUSTOMER ACTIONS FOR INACTIONS (OR THOSE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR INVITEES). OR ANY OTHER RELATED TO CUSTOMERS USE OR OCCUPATION OF THE RV SITE. ACCORDING TO LOUISIANA CIVIL CODE SECTION 799.23, ANY GUEST WHO LEAVES WITHOUT PAYING FOR SITE SERVICES OR WHO REFUSES TO PAY FOR SITE WHEN DUE IS SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. WE ARE PROVIDING SERVICE HOOK-UPS FOR YOUR RV. WE REQUIRE FULL PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE AND WILL PROSECUTE ANY VIOLATIONS UNDER THE THEFT OF SERVICES LAW. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LAND/TENANT AGREEMENT. PAYMENT FOR SITES IS ENTIRELY FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER A HOST/GUEST AGREEMENT. IF YOU DRIVE OVER THE GRASS AND DAMAGE THE GRASS IT YOU MUST PAY TO FIX ITOR REPAIR IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION INCLUDING NEW GRASS. • NO MAJOR REPAIRS OROIL CHANGES ALLOWED TO YOUR VEHICLE • AREA AROUND YOUR RV SPACE IS TO BE KEPT CLEAN AT ALLTIMES. • WESTGATE RV PARK ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE(NO MATTER THE CAUSE) TO RV’S, CARS, ANY LOST, STOLEN ITEMS, OR PERSONAL INJURY. • NO CAMPER WASHING IS ALLOWED
Back-in RV Sites
The Westgate RV park is centrally located to the nearby Walk-ons, Popeyes Chicken, Subway restaurants. Others eateries include Chinese, Lebanese and Mexican cuisines. Also, Rouses grocery store is only minutes from the park. The park is also near CVS and Jett's service stations. Mt. Pleasant Rd connects the west and east ends of Zachary giving direct access to Lane Memorial Regional Hospital and The Home Depot.
