IT IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE PARK TO HAVE A WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR AND FIRE ALARM IN YOUR HOME AT ALL TIMES. Please see the Park Manager for a free fire alarm and smoke detector if you need them.

The Park Speed Limit is 10 miles per hour. This will be strictly enforced. No joy riding of motorcycles, 3 wheelers, 4-wheelers, dune buggies, mini bikes or any other off road vehicles etc. will be allowed in the Park. You are responsible for your friends or relatives that are visiting the park. Violations will not be tolerated, this is a safety issue.

Parking and Sidewalks: Parking cars/trucks are permitted in front of your home ONLY. There are 2 designated spots for each home for your use. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWNS OR SIDEWALKS. All automobiles belonging to tenants must have valid registration and plates. Twin Oaks MHP SPE, LLC is not responsible for loss due to fire, neglect theft or accident of your vehicle.

Animal Control Rules Vicious breed dogs are not allowed anywhere on the property and must be removed. The following breeds of dogs are deemed "vicious": Pit Bulls Rottweilers, German Shepherds Chow Chows Huskies Akitas Wolf Hybrids Doberman Pinschers Bull Mastiffs Hybrid Mixes

All animals/pets must be identified to park management prior to their moving onto the property. Any animal other than a dog, cat, bird, or other full time caged pet, are not allowed unless they are specifically identified to park management and approved by park management in writing.
