The Staway Ranch RV Park is located in the beautiful Murchinson, Texas and is a great place for an authentic southern vacation. Onsite, visitors may expect great water sports on the nearby lake, a quiet environment for relaxing, and plenty of open spaces for hiking, biking, sunset viewing and stargazing. Just beyond the campground, travelers can enjoy a number of excellent attractions such as the Texas ZipLine Adventures, YesterLand Farm, Sky Ranch, the Canton Flea Market along with the Purtis Creek State Park, Splash Kingdom Waterpark and a number of excellent local eateries that both locals and residents can look forward to. Amenities offered at the park include cable TV, dump station, main clubhouse with showers, full kitchen and restrooms, pull thrus, full hookups, 30/50 amp sites, propane, cable TV and shaded sites. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Cabin

Our cabins are roomy buildings with everything you'll need for your stay. Studio-style or one bedroom, each come with a full kitchen, full bathroom and a spacious front porch.

For monthly inquiries call our office. Refundable Cleaning deposit is due upon checkin. Pets under 35 lbs are allowed with an additional deposit.

I was 6 days into a month stay. When my truck was set on fire. Extensive damage to the inside of my truck. So I asked the office to look at camera footage. Called Sheriff's office and all that. Well I was never granted access to camera footage. So I asked the office if they would pro rate or give me any part. Of the months lot rent I just paid 6 days prior. I was told no refunds. Not under the circumstances. Could they make a acception. As if my truck was not enough of a loss. Now you wanna charge me 400 dollars for 6 days. Absolutely not a place I would recommend. What all must I chance. My rv my health. Doesn't matter to them at all. It's a no refund no matter what happens. So wether this is a freak occurrence or whatever. I think they should really look at circumstances. Rather then there bottom line. Stay a while or 6 days an get your truck torched . It cost the same amount either way.
