Management has the right to ask a guest to leave at anytime if they are not following the terms and conditions

Smoking

please do not toss cigarettes on the ground- we don't want the animals getting the butts.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages must be confined to your campsite

Pets

Animals - if you bring your pet, please clean up after them and must be on leashes when outside of your camper at all times No Tie Lines at the campsites for the Horses please saddle horses at the barn or hitching post

Water restrictions

Water use is restricted for hookups only (no washing vehicles) Horses to be washed in designated area only

Firearms

Firearms are not permitted to be fired or discharge on property

Generators

No Generators without prior approval from park management

Additional Guest

Guests are welcome but must leave the premises no later than 10pm. No more than 6 people may occupy a site at one time

ATVs

Any ATV's need to remain on trailers and are not permitted on premises for recreational use

Tent Camping

Tent Camping in designated areas only

Quiet Time

Quiet Time is from 10pm-7am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum

We stayed in one of the Campers Cabin. Very nice and cozy. It got down to 18 degrees the first night we were there, but it was very nice and warm in the cabin. Great service. Nice people. Will stay there again.

This place was absolutly gorgeous. I loved everything about my trip. The owner was very kind and helpful and responded asap when I had a problem. And my pup loooooved the doggy door and the fenced in yard even if he was a little big for it lol. I will definitely be returning in the future. 💖

A nice small, clean, no drama, friendly campground. Spacious stalls in a very well maintained barn. Clean shower/restroom facilities centrally located within the campground. Perfect for me since I do not have a full LQ trailer.

A beautiful, small campground! The owner & Co. made us feel so welcome. My kids had a wonderful time visiting and feeding chickens and horses all weekend. You can tell the owner loves horses and wants to share that love with others. We are very happy with our stay there. Thank you, Brenda!

Very warm, friendly campground. Clean bathhouses. You are sure to enjoy your time here. Trails right out of the campground and Pickett state park and Big South Fork nearby. This campground is centrally located with beautiful trees on site which is sure to keep you cool in the day.
