If I could give minus stars I would. We have stayed at this park 2 or 3 times in the past. We went in to inquire about a 2 or more month spot. I was handed a 4 page RENTAL APPLICATION. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! I thought the clerk was joking....ha....the joke was on me. Information wanted is: ALL bank accounts and how much money in each: all credit cards and auto loans with amount owing: copies of our DL: copy of our Social Security card: current pay stub or other form of income verification: residence history: employment history: criminal record: have we ever declared bankruptcy or run off and not paid rent. The best part is we also had to pay $25 to submit the application!!! I am speechless .....actually I am not.....but what I want to say is unprintable. What I will do, though, is post this wherever I can.

This park thinks they are a Resort! We have stayed there 2 times. My husband and I are form Colorado. Park on the way farther into Arizona. Very rude staff. The pool and hot tube are cold with leaves and dirt in them. Alot of site are full of 1970 to 1980 trailers With permanent structures built on to them We are Coast to coast Premier members. We have been on the road full time for over 4 years. They have the nerve to charge $10.00 per night with a 1.5% charge for using a charge card. We have no problem paying a nightly fee at premium parks, but this is far from a premium park. Good place to spend a few nights. The owners need to get out and see what a premium park is. FYI: CLEAN AND HEAT THE HOT TUB AND POOl. THEN SHOW THE STAFF WHAT A PREMIUM PARK LOOKS LIKE. ONLY THEN THEY CAN BE RUDE AND CHANGE $10.00 A NIGHT PLUS 1.5% using a credit card. Deanna Martin

This review is delayed because we had to pay a $100 deposit for monthly rental and they did not give this back to you at the time of checkout, had to wait for them to mail refund. Finally received on 3/24. Wanted to make sure I had my deposit back before writing the review. This park had a page of rules and regulations that listed fines for breaking the rules but nothing was enforced. I do not recommend this park if you plan to stay for any length of time, maybe OK for an overnight but that is about all. We were scheduled to stay for the months of February and March 2016, left after one month. We would have left earlier but they do not give refunds for any reason. WE were lucky they only have you pay for one month at a time. The owners were missing in action, even though website states they are onsite. FHU 50 amp site, our site was not level at all and narrow. Monthly fee includes 900 KW hrs of electric which is a plus. Onsite deli which was nice, pool and hot tub. This is not a 55 and older park so lots of kids in pool. Laundry, rest rooms and club house at both ends of park, laundry was clean, did not use rest rooms so cannot comment on condition. Gym but equipment was dirty, would need a good cleaning with soapy water and Clorox before I used. Park has park models, and permanent campers. We paid extra for what they call a premium site on the bluff, it overlooks the city and you can see Laughlin and the Colorado River. Nighttime lights are nice, but the wind was terrible, 40 mph plus at times, for the first week at the park we could not put our slides out for fear of the awnings ripping off, the noise from the wind made it difficult to sleep at night. With the slides in you have to climb over the bed to get to bathroom. My husband asked if we could move to another site away from the bluff and we were told it would cost extra to do this. He explained that I was disabled and it was very difficult for me to keep climbing, he was told they would talk with management and someone would get back to me, never heard a word. Park had many open sites the entire time we stayed. My husband’s bicycle was stolen, he chained it to the tow dolly at night, someone cut the chain and took the bike. He reported it to the office and was abruptly told they are not responsible for personal property. He was told they would let security and owners know and someone would be in touch, again not a word from anyone. He reported it to police. The site next to us was a park model, the people constantly had garbage in front of it, trash bins are only a short walk away. About the second week we were at the park the couple started fighting nonstop, so loud you could hear it inside our motorhome and they were inside. The few nice days we had to sit out because the wind was settled down were useless because all you heard was them fighting. A visitor from next door even came over and asked for alcohol, stating she was visiting and the fighting was making her crazy, she was dehydrated and needed a drink. And then said they have nothing to drink in the house. WE did go down again to the office to report this and were told they are aware of the situation and were working on eviction but it took time. A man in the office suggested they change our site but the office did not offer. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We stayed at this campground for ten days and absolutely loved it! The deli has great food and the convenience store item prices are not inflated at all (like everywhere else we've stayed).. The fitness room, pool and jacuzzi are great as well as all of the different activities they have for residents. The staff was great and we look forward to coming back!! - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
