While the reviews do elude to the fact that the sites are tight (I do agree) it has basic amenities (laundry, picnic tables at each site, pet area etc), everything is kept clean, the staff is pleasant (housekeeping staff is great!) they have a pool and a community room (with activities a several times a month, it appears...) They don't have cable for TV, which I found a bit odd (I've noticed many guests with their own satellite's set up.) The WiFi is weird, as it's a paid option (through TengoInternet) for extended stays. They gave us two days free when we first arrived. While it seems a bit expensive ($551/mo flat rate that includes utilities) it fits our needs for this month so overall I recommend it as it has an established feel (with lots of trees), very relaxed atmosphere and is easy access to two freeways for visiting/working in the Greater DFW area. ** Note: There are a number of 'long timers' here and while everything is kept nice, if you want a very high end park with predominantly new, high end rigs, this is not it. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
