Clean and well kept. Great areas for walking your pets.

Catherine Wolf

Very nice campground. I liked the hedges between sites

Rhona Alboucq

This was our second stay, very nice campground.

Tim Kasberg

Great check in,nice pull through site, quiet park and surrounding area, great location compared to the other option in town.

Wes Weaver

Nice campground. Grass Sites could be leveled a bit better.

Nathan Hair

Campground is great…clean amenities, dog walk area, nice level pull thru spaces and grass sites. Only one complaint, we had made great time and arrived a little less than an hour ahead of 1pm check in time. Loads of spots open and clear to pull in but the staff was a very hard NO on any early check ins…told us we had to go drive around town (with a 30ft trailer) for the next hour til 1pm. And then when 1pm came around there were 4+ trailers parked waiting to check in. I would have been fine with just pulling into my assigned site and not hooking up. Too bad they didn’t see the bigger picture of serving the customer first.

Campground Response

Thank you for your feedback, and while we do see the big picture of serving the customer first, we are sorry to say that we just don't have enough man-power to do so! We have been operating at a deficit in the labor force since the beginning of covid, making our "HARD NO" policy necessary. We only have a two hour window to clean (often times de-contaminating), mow, water and prepare each site for the next guest...and we also close the office for our staff to take a lunch break during the noon hour. As you might imagine, that does make it difficult to handle early arrivals, (especially without prior arrangements), and next to impossible for a skeleton crew to manage. We do hope to see you again down the road, and we always wish you god-speed in your travels. In the event of an early arrival in the future, you can always wait in our parking lot, at the stop line until 1:00pm :) Thanks for understanding!

Robert Bibeau

Very nice place. Bathrooms were great. Our campsite was a little pinched because the trailer behind us parked too far back and had a rear rack. Did not appreciate the text from you guys at 6:20 to take this survey.

Theodore Olson

Thank you for your continued excellence. Our stays are always great. We look forward to our next visit.

Robert Winston

Very comfortable well kept well kept RV camp ground.. Very warm friendly staff and my staff can't wait to come back again

We stayed at Four Seasons many times and it is still a beautiful, quiet, well maintained property with lots of amenities and convenient to shopping and others events going on in the valley but the site a very tight. However, when reserving and paying online, we never know where we’ll be placed. This time we got squeezed into a site #55 with 30 Amp instead of 50amp. Other sites were open upon our arrival and over the next few days that had 50 amp. Because of the size of our Class A motorhome, 28 feet, we don’t qualify for a pull thru making it more difficult to get our tow and dolly ready for departure.

Campground Response

Explanation of site accommodation: The computer automatically assigns according to our parameters, however sometimes we assist in the shifting. We do not allow customers to chose their site, as our park has specific measurements that necessitate our supervision. Site #55 has both 30 and 50 amp service available. Our sites for motor homes are 50 feet long, which gives your 28 foot motorhome ample space to park your towed vehicle. These sites can ONLY accommodate a motor home as a Travel Trailer or 5th wheel will not work there. The pull through sites are reserved for Travel trailers and 5th wheels that are longer than 30 feet. We hope that helps you understand the complexities of our park layout.

Emory Lester

I reserved for 2 weeks but the first week I was counting on having my truck for my RV truck was not out of the shop could not get a refund not even a penny lost the whole week's worth of space second week yes I had to pull out early cuz they were not accommodating

Campground Response

Just to provide further clarity...and the rest of the story...At the time of booking the reservation (on 9/1), we were fully booked and we squeezed you in to the last spot we had...you were advised of our cancelation policy, that we do not provide refunds for reservations made within a one week window, (your reservation was for 9/5) and you agreed to the terms. You booked on a Thursday for a Monday arrival. You did not arrive OR call us to communicate anything until 4:30pm on Tuesday afternoon, the day AFTER your arrival date! At the time of booking, you were told that the site was ONLY available for 2 weeks, as we already had it booked beyond that date. Your WHOLE reservation WAS an accommodation, and there was no further communication or request made from you, other than letting us know you were cancelling your first week since your truck was in the shop. We always do our best to provide accommodation, however when no space is available, we cannot accommodate everyone. We attempted to help you in your desperation, so how about a bit of gratitude rather than attitude!

Anita Bauer

The back-in sites, given the narrow road, are extremely difficult to navigate. The WiFi is horrible. There is absolutely no excuse in this day and age, except not wanting to pay and provide to guests. There were no bags or cans in the dog walk area, again likely a cost issue. While rules are necessary, I found the narrative, highlighting and notes condescending. Liked the hedges between the sites, and appeared well maintained.

Dan Ashby

Excellent spot to stay. Bathrooms were clean, showers were very nice and place was put together nicely

Darce Kopczynski

Visually pleasing, nice layout, hookups worked well. Spaces are a bit tight, but we pull a 35' with an XL truck. We will be back!!
