On arrival we were very impressed with our check in and the lady behind the desk was more than accommodating! We had a beautiful end site facing the pond No (13) with a deck and deck chairs giving us a prime opportunity to watch the ducks and wildlife! Restrooms and Showers were kept immaculate and it was a joy to have a shower every day! Lovely clean and quiet park! We will definitely be back! 5 stars all round.

Nice being close to all amenities but not a fan of all the gravel. Wish there was more green space for pets.

Very nice quiet park with clean showers and laundry facilities. Staff was very helpful and friendly although they had to try us in 3 different sites before we found one to accommodate our 50’ rig so we didn’t have to unhook our truck from the 5th wheel.

Campground Response

Thank you for the review. We hope you will visit us again in the future.

Worst experience of my life. We made no noise no issues but were abruptly told to leave. Management refused to give a reason!!

Everybody was very nice. Bathrooms and showers were fantastic, clean and hot water is an very nice shower. It was just a layover for us in Nov. So we didn't really enjoy the pool or pond. This is a full service gravel parking spot only with a picnic table. Not much room. We had to overlap with the site behind us to get our sewer to line up so we could dump. If we go back to Biltmore we will definitely stay again for a short stay.

Nice surroundings, sites were fine with full hookup. Wifi was not functional despite showing 5 bars.

Friendliest staff ever! Let me borrow a cable cord because mine wasn’t long enough. Came around at night to remind about freezing temps and to undo water lines.

Asheville/Fletcher roads were a bit wild (lots of construction and strange intersections!). Once we arrived, though, we had a relaxing stay. Back-in gravel site was easy to get into (although park staff had to request camper across from us to move his truck, otherwise it would have been tight). Laundry facilities were clean. Staff were friendly. Gate was a bit quick to lower down after using key card to enter camp after 5:00 pm. Didn’t surprise us to see it broken off completely the day we checked out. Now that we know our way around a bit, it will be less stressful driving in the area. Would stay again.

Nice quiet campground. The sites were close together and mostly gravel. No grass at our site which makes it hard to take the dogs out. The laundry room was large with many machines. The WiFi was very poor, only one bar and couldn’t even stay connected long enough to use it.

Only stayed one night at pull thru site 20. Check in was painless and we were shown to our site. Really liked the grounds. Nice that it wasn’t just rows of rvs. Our Starlink got great reception just setting it up on the picnic table. Would stay here again.

We loved staying here. We had a site right behind the playground and the kids NEVER wanted to stop playing. It very quiet and has large sites. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. We would love to come back.

Had a great stay. Nice, quiet park. Good location for driving to anything in the Asheville area. I would rate it 5 stars if the sites weren't so close together.
