I love Rutledge. It's a hidden jewel. The lots are spacious, the people are fabulous. The landscaping is beautiful. There are only two things I might suggest: 1. Could there be more grass and less rocks; and 2. Could there be more frequent duck/goose poop pick up.

Spots are a little tight, but showers are clean and hot and its an excellent location for exploring Hendersonville and Ashville.

Quiet. Pretty park. Enjoyed taking pups to dog park. Good value. Sites are close but still offer privacy. Will return.

Very nice park with a large pool that is beautifuly set in the woods. The neighborhood that it is located had everything nearby. Park with trails, gym, shopping and mountain drives. Cell service was 180 Mpbs using Tmobile cell.

We stayed one night after a 8 hour day of driving. But the gentleman ( Alex?) who showed us to our site was very helpful and so friendly! All the people who we ran into while walking our dog were so nice as well. The campground was very pretty with a great layout from the little lake and paths to the bridges. The store was closed upon our arrival so I can’t speak to that but the showers were very clean. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would stay again if I ever get back to North Carolina!

Just a thought. If you removed the picnic table near site #18 maybe you could squeeze another camper in there.

Nice serene sites around the lake. Many sites have at least some shade and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The location of the campground is great being located near many stores (including Walmart) and restaurants, as well as Biltmore, etc.

Strong recommendation! This is a great park in an awesome location for everything you want to do in the Asheville area. Quiet, peaceful, with clean bathrooms and showers. Good laundry room, and the store at the entrance is a nice plus. And the park staff are extremely helpful. NOTE: If you use Google Maps, do NOT use the street address to find the park. It takes you to the wrong entrance. Use "Rutledge Lake Rv Park, Jillian Trail, Fletcher, NC 28732". Takes you right to the gate.

We have stayed at most of the RV parks in the Ashville area. This was our first stay at Rutledge Lake RV Park, and note, we will stay there again when we are in the Ashville area. Not a bad thing to say. All utilities worked satisfactory. Given that I-26 is a real nightmare, being close to US-25 is a plus. It will be our first choice in the future when in Ashville.

I wish we had more time to spend here. Bathrooms and laundry facilities clean and more than adequate. Great location off of I-26 near Asheville and Biltmore. All the amenities you could ask for and more. Friendly team running the park.

We have stayed at Rutledge Lake several times. We appreciate the convenience to Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard. We are always welcomed and appreciate the host guiding us to our site and helping position our RV for the hookups and shade. The site we stayed on was gravel, but very level and smooth.
