Nice level space. Quiet..staff was friendly...place was clean... We stayed in site 104 on the water and the ducks/geese are VERY loud lol. The shop was closed due to covid 19 fear, so we didnt get to shop. Would stay again was a little expensive for us..

This is a great small RV park with trees and landscaping. Very clean showers, bathrooms and Laundry Room. Great and friendly staff that escorted us to our site and helped move picnic table and fire ring to set-up just how we wanted. The inner sites are like a lot of RV parks lined in rows and closer together. We had site 68, a pull through backing to trees and babbling stream. Very lovely. I only reason I gave this 4, rather than 5 stars, was there is an airport near. It’s not super bad and stops before bedtime hours. It’s not a super busy constant in and out of planes either, but still is is there. We would stay here again when passing through area and worth mentioning that the park has a gate pass to access and the staff does monitor and surveillance the park frequently, which makes you feel safe and secure.

Nice place. Small lake. Good location. Woodsy not a parking lot. WiFi works but slow. Have cable and fire rings. Great and helpful staff. Reasonable rates.

Great campground for families! The sites have clean power and great water pressure, and centrally located sewer hook up, they preppy much thought of it all. The sites come with a fire-ring and have firewood for sales at check in. The staff was all super helpful and kind. We can’t want to come back. We highly recommend if you’re in the Asheville area.

Cute place, close to town. Club house was nice.

The people were friendly and accommodating and the campground was well maintained and attractive. A great laundry facility was available. Sites are VERY small and crowded. We had trouble opening a slide that was cited to be in a 50' spot. Our 39' camper barely left room to park our vehicle.

Good connections (electric, water, sewer, and cable. Site was level, gravel, with good drainage. Cement pad under concrete picnic table. Lake is not particularly memorable. Lots of migratory waterfowl. We were there during COVIT period so activities were understandably limited.

Campground Response

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, we hope to see you again!

We had a great experience staying at this park. The spots were plenty big, the lake view was wonderful, the bath house was very clean, and it's dog friendly. Also if you are taking COIVD precautions seriously, so is this park, which is refreshing!

Campground Response

Thank you! Please come back and visit us again

We have stayed at Rutledge several times, and each time is better than the last. The park is quiet, and has access to many local amenities. The proximity to the sites, including the Biltmore Estate, and hiking trails, makes this RV park the perfect place for our vacation plans. We always enjoy our stay here.
