Park is greedy. We booked, paid deposit then was told about how the new owners were doing construction. Not even 30 minutes later we called to cancel because we did not want to be in a park under renovation. They kept $50. That's bs and pure greed.

We wintered here on year, and ended up staying 6 months. It is a beautiful park which sort of reminds you of a state park as it has lots of trees, palms, etc between every site. The sites are really generous in size, and very long. They have a fenced in pool and hot tub, lovely clubhouse, a small fenced in dog area, and full hook ups including wi-fi.
