Located on the banks of the beautiful Piney River, Piney River Resort is located just 50 miles from downtown Nashville Tennessee, and just a few miles from the Johnny Cash farm and museum. Our accommodations have been thoughtfully designed with features like Riverfront sites with Pavilions, Premium RV Sites, Standard RV sites, and Tiny Home Park Model rentals. Amenities include: Broadband WiFi, individual fire pits and/or rings, and all sites are full hookup! Some Super Premium Sites have concrete pads, concrete patios, and string lights. Rules
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is 3:00 PM for Lodging and 1:00 PM for RV Sites until 7:00 PM & check-out is 11:00 AM. We offer early check-in and late check-out. Please call for availability and fees.
Quiet Hours
9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. All children must be on their sites with a parent by quiet hours. The Resort never accepts care, custody or control of children. No sound from sites should be heard off-site.
Illicit Behavior
No illegal activity, drug use, physical abuse, verbal abuse, or bullying are tolerated in the Resort.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at the Resort. Beer and wine are permitted off of your site but must be in an approved container (ie: plastic or aluminum, no glass containers off-site). Beer or wine kegs are not permitted.
Guests
Please inform your guests that all visitors must stop and register with the camp host or Resort manager. A visitor’s fee is charged for daily visitors and an additional fee is charged for overnight visitors. Daily visitors must leave at quiet hours. An adult member of the camper’s family must be on the site at all times the site is in use. Visitors are asked to please leave their pets at home.
Smoking
For the enjoyment of all our guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any building on the Resort property or in any pool area. Cigarette Butts are trash; do not discard them on the ground.
Resort Pet Rules
YOU and NOT PINEY RIVER RESORT LLC will be legally and financially liable for any all damage done to people and property by your pet. No more than 2 pets per site allowed. Pets must be on a short leash at all times and are to remain on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction. Pets should never be left unattended. All pet droppings are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be removed immediately. There will be a $50.00 fee charged to guests each time that they fail to clean up after their pet. All pets should have proper papers for vaccinations and be presented to the Resort management upon request. If any pet is being aggressive, creating a disturbance, or being a nuisance, the guest must immediately remove the pet. Children shall not be allowed to walk pets. No pets allowed in pavilions, bathrooms, swimming or beach areas. In Lodging, no pet on sofa’s, beds, or furniture. Any pet bites must be reported to Resort staff immediately. Any pet bites will result in the removal of the pet. Pet owners are responsible for any damage their pet may cause to property including buildings, activity areas, camp sites, grounds and trees. Accommodations will be made for service animals.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your reservation at Piney River Resort is both special and important to us. If your plans change, please contact us to modify or cancel your reservation per the terms below. Our policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation or modification notice in advance of the reservation or departure date.
