Wouldn’t recommend to anyone traveling through. It appears to be nice but once you’ve stayed more than a week you understand it’s not. This place isn’t close to a ‘resort’, having a pool doesn’t qualify a resort by any standards. Terrible & rude staff lacking customer service, narrow pads, dirty pads with cigarette butts, broken equipment when we arrived, narrow roads between spaces, stepped out into a muddy mess right out your door. This is unavoidable, & during our time there they three different incidents of theft and attempted unlawful entry into RV’s. Deposits kept for no reason from many full timers who left their sites nicer than when they arrived. No place to sit outside at your site is allowed unless you can squeeze a chair on your pad with your rig and RV. The machines are not maintained at the laundry & leaves clothes dirty, they even came out of the machine dirtier than they went in. During business hours they run a gas powered leaf blower to gather the pine needles along with other equipment so the grounds are kept but if you’re looking for peace & quiet you won’t find it here. The pine needles, pine ones and sap were very damaging to slides & awnings of not just our rig but others we spoke to.

Just passing through they will treat you well here. If you are staying for awhile don’t expect to feel welcome. Constantly raising rates, over $800 monthly winter and over $1200 summer. Nice pool area but you may get heat stroke, you aren’t allowed water or ventilation. Value not there. Looks pretty but the cost is much too high. Many issues with scraping of rigs with low hanging branches and pine needles everywhere. Very very muddy when it rains. May have to walk far if have multiple vehicles or guests. Narrow roads and spaces. One person scraped the front of our rig trying to get into his space because he was trying to not hit one of the many trees. Also many issues with theft of bikes and outdoor equipment that they found who was responsible but let the family stay anyway.
