RV Rules and Regulations
Observance of our Rules and Regulations for all guests will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Check In: Check in with office upon arrival. Rent must be paid in advance unless prior arrangements have been made with the office. We accept check, money order or credit card (credit card fees apply). NO CASH ACCEPTED. Sewer, electric and water are included. Please help our rents stay low by using utilities responsibly. Speed Limit: Speed limit is 10 miles per hour and will be enforced within the park area. RV Lots: A two-car maximum is allowed per site. Park in your designated spot only. No parking on the grass or in the street. No vehicle repairs will be allowed onsite. Pets: Maximum of two pets per site. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and any other aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on leashes at all times when outdoors and cleaned up after by their owners. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be allowed. Pets cannot be chained up and left outside for extended periods of time. Be Considerate: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please keep music and conversations down to a reasonable level during the day. Check Out: Please check out with the office when your stay is complete. If the office is closed you can put a note through the drop slot or call the office and leave a message. It is important to check out so we don't continue to charge you past your stay. We do not offer refunds. Failure to Follow Rules: We reserve the to right to ask you to vacate your space immediately if you fail to comply with these Rules and Regulations. There will be no refunds.
Pet Policy
We welcome your well behaved pet(s) up to 25lbs (only 2 per lot). Pet must be well behaved, and should not be left alone for long periods of time. We require that pets are well behaved, and do not damage the property. Persons not picking up after their pet will be charged a "poop fee" ($10 per pile). If the pet(s) are left alone and disrupt other residents with barking, whining, or aggressive behavior pet owners may be asked to leave and forfeit entire deposit and remainder of prepaid stay. Pet(s) must be on a leash or in a privately enclosed area at all times when outside.
