Just had to cancel our Trip out west due to the fact that my husband just finished with cancer treatments and has Stage 3 Kidney disease. So no travel for him. Very sad but what is even sadder is when I called to cancel our reservation at this site, they would not refund our deposit. The young man was very straight and rude and said that it is their policy and I mentioned that other parks were waving this because of the pandemic but he just kept mouthing about how it was their policy. Then we got to make a reservations for 2021. That is a joke but oh well. I was so shocked that there are still people who are so inflexible in a crisis. This is so sad. Might be a great Park but, I would not recommend it. If they are this uncaring. what else can there be?
