All Lot Rent is due on the 1st of the month, no later than the 5th. A $50.00 late fee will be charged to your account if received after the 5th day. Monthly lot rent is $575.00 per month. This includes water/sewage, garbage and lawn care.

Contact Superior Water Light & Power (715) 394-2200 to have your power turned on and disconnected before you leave the park.

Garbage service is every Tuesday. All garbage must be in the can and not next to the can. The garbage service will not pick up if left outside of the can. Please put your garbage can at the end of your driveway early Tuesday morning. All garbage cans must be pulled back to your camper after the garbage has been picked up.

Pet must be kept on a leash at all times. Dog poo must be cleaned up on a daily basis.

Absolutely no mounting of Satellite dishes in the yards.

Absolutely NO PARKING on the LAWNS or in the STREETS!

If you plan on staying during the winter months, (October-April), you must run heat tape on the water lines and into the water line hookup. They must be insulated and covered! Your camper MUST BE SKIRTED! If there is a water line freeze/break you will be responsible for all cost to repair! Please contact management immediately when you will be pulling out so we can get the water shut off ASAP!

If you are not staying through the winter months, October-April, You must be gone by October 30th. We will shut the water off at the end of October.

No Loud music after 10:00 pm. Please be respectable of your neighbors.
